Recent News Round-up

It's been a busy summer at the club, so here's a quick round up of the news. Pictured left is Nigel who won the David Atkinson Memorial shoot in July. The trophy was presented by Pat and Elaine Atkinson, who once again attended the shoot and kindly agreed to be Ladies Paramount for the day. Well done, Nigel!

Mel and Duffy both passed their Level 2 Coach assessments and would like to thank all those who helped them through the process, especially Dave and Sandra for being their 'guinea pigs' on the assessment day.

The club picnic was held in sunny and warm conditions (for once!) and a good time was had by all who attended, although several balloons were sacrificed during the event!

So, looking to the future, we will be moving indoors on Wednesdays from 7th September as the nights are drawing in now. Please note the meeting time will change to 7pm til 9pm. We continue outside until November on Sundays.

Membership renewal time is with us again and everyone should have received their letters by now. The forms and payment need to be returned to Mel by 4th September. There have been some changes to Archery GB's membership categories, so please read the information included with form and apply for the correct membership type for you.
